Stretching is important!

Stretching is important. It keeps you from injuring yourself and helps with feeling sore after a work out. I stretch quickly after I warm up and I always stretch for a long time after.  

 After you work out EVERY TIME you should take the time to do a long 10 min stretch while you are warm. It loosens you up, makes you more limber and improves mobility when exercising!
