If you want to start your fitness quest off or you just want a good challenge.. the next one I am hosting is a 30 day Push-up/Lunge Challenge which starts June 10th.
Every day I post on Fitness with Jamie what needs to be done that day, and love love love it when people post that they did it or like the post (meaning they did it)! The more you post or like the more you hold yourself accountable to do the push-ups and lunges!
You can do this! These take less than 10 mins in the beginning and less than 20 towards the end. Pair this with your favorite cardio and eating right for amazing results!
