This colorful salsa comes together in a snap with avocado, frozen corn and ripe tomato.

  1. 1/2 avocado, diced
  2. 1/2 cup thawed frozen corn kernels
  3. 1 plum tomato, chopped
  4. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
  5. Lime juice, to taste
  6. Salt, to taste

  1. Combine avocado, corn, tomato and cilantro in a small bowl. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
