It's a great quick ab work out that you can memorize and do without the video! That's huge for me.
It's 2 rounds and a bonus round
Crunches, table top crunches, left leg up crunch, rt leg up crunch, both legs up reach for opposite left crunches, right elbow to left knee crunch , left elbow to rt. knee crunch, rt oblique crunch, left oblique crunch, bicycles. Then repeat
Bonus: criss cross legs and flutter legs and it's over!
Amazingly quick yet effective!
