21 day fix. Pilates Fix review

I love Pilates and Autumn did a great job with this one. I feel taller, I feel stretched.  It was a nice break from all the weights we have been doing this week. After the warm up, she moved to each part, Ab series, Plank series, AB series, Booty/leg series and Plank series (I think that is right).  Basically we went through the entire body. Then a cool down. It was nice, I got a good sweat going, My muscles burned, I stretched, It was a good work out!  So glad she included Pilates into this program.
