21 day fix Lower Body fix review

My review on YouTube:

Today's work out had me sweating, not cardio sweat my oh wow my muscles are working really hard and I can barely finish this minute sweat.  Heart rate raised, muscles burning through 4 rounds of 2 exercises for a minute, which you repeat, then a bonus round of all lower body focus.  The first 3 rounds, the weights didn't leave your hands. The last round and the bonus round were on the ground focused around your thighs and booty!  It was a really good work out. I am sure I will be sore tomorrow, if I am not I will be shocked.
