Plyo work outs

Because I did a Ply work out this morning (the 21 day fix Plyo Fix) I thought you guys needed one too :D

Here are two total body work outs that will strengthen your muscles and kick your butt! Pick your level, count as you do each exercise how many you do and try to do better than you do the last time you did this!
