7 min work out

Here is a quick 7 minute work out for you. Do all but #13.. Drink water!  And you need a meal replacement, then drink Shakeology.  But if you just need to be hydrated WATER WATER WATER!  It is good for you!

Sorry I digress.  So this is a quick 7 minute work out, try doubling or tripling it for an even better work out!
