Stop comparing yourself to others

You can compare yourself to others, or you can realize that you are your own person. What makes one person lose weight will not necessarily make you lose weight or is even the right way for it to happen.  They could be starving themselves or on some ridiculous diet.  Focus on you, focus on changing your lifestyle to a healthy one and everything will fall into place. Find what works for you and what you can sustain for life. You did not gain the weight over night, it will not come off over night. Every day you choose veggies over fries, or working out instead of the couch, is one day closer to your goal and sustaining a healthy lifestyle.   So STOP comparing yourself to others and just focus on you.  You will be amazed with the results that you can accomplish by focusing on yourself!
