30 Day Kickboxing Challenge - Cross Jabs and Side kicks.. begins July 11th, who is in?

Fitness with Jamie's next 30 day challenge will begin on July 11th and will be a kickboxing focus. 

We will be doing Cross jabs and Side kicks. This challenge should be fun, while it sculpts your obliques! (do not forget to eat clean, and add in some cardio as well for maximum results!)
